DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
* ONTARIO customers qualify for Free standard shipping on orders of $199 or more, Free shipping can not be combined with any coupon offer or sale items.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
- We ship with Canada post. The delivery charges vary on the size of the item and your location
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
How long will delivery take?
- We do our best to get your order shipped within 2-8 days. If your item is out of stock, delivery might take up to 6 weeks, However you will have the option to cancel order if you don't wish to wait.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
- For your confidentiality and security, Rawas process payments through PayPal/Shopify. We do not have access your credit card information. The entire transaction is done under PayPal or Shopify robust security.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
- You may print your invoice as soon as you make/finalize payment.
